Bill Allen

Bill's 35 year career as a finance professional has spanned various finance and accounting roles from Controller, EVP of Finance, CFO and President. He attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina's Accounting/Marketing undergrad program before graduating with an MBA in finance from the University of Maine. Over the last ten years he has served in senior level positions in Manufacturing, Technology, Healthcare, and Construction Materials
industries. Bill has had experience with large multi-national companies as well as early stage venture backed start-ups. He has managed captive leasing companies with portfolios in excess of $175m. The most recent ten years has seen Bill survive a life changing struggle with cancer
and return to his career serving as both a consultant and CFO to companies in the Austin area.

Bill started Allen & Associates in 2006 to address the need for CFO level consulting services for early stage and emerging companies in the Austin metro area. Consulting services are primarily focused on improving systems and processes in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Banking and
Corporate Administrative functions. Clients have included Affiniscape Inc., Affipay, Vertive Inc., 5 Point Enterprises LLC, Falcon Containers, Cooper Stone and CMG Flooring.

Bill was able to leverage his consulting experience into the CFO role for New Horizons in Austin where he served in that position for four years before taking on a construction materials manufacturing start-up venture in Haiti. Bill is currently working with New Horizons/5 Point Enterprises as their CFO. He has recently sourced and implemented an ERP accounting software system for the company. Bill continues to work with the company's executive team to raise the
quality of its internal reporting and external banking relationships.

Bill is passionate about cars, fly fishing and photography and he likes to construct wooden models of period New England lobster sailing vessels.
